Jojo Serrano mounts his seventh solo show at the West Gallery, SM Megamall from October 3 to 15, 2002. Billed “Luminous and Landscapes”, the exhibit show cases collage works and oils. In his collages Serrano mounted on his drawings photocopied images and cutouts from his works on paper. In the colors of his collage come the luminous city of images, his landscapes, on the other hand, explore the possibilities of rendering an almost monochromatic image-achieving tonal gradations and an interesting juxtaposition of analogous color.
