“ten characters,” on exhibit at West Gallery Glorietta from July 4 to 16, features the new paintings by Bert Antonio. The paintings, done in gouache and incorporated with photos, come from Antonio’s recent series called “Photocalligraphy II (Painting with Character).” His works reveal his continued exploration in the arts of photography, calligraphy and mainly painting. Conscious and respectful of the ancient and the traditional, He is always inspired by his curiosity for the new, the innovative and original.
Antonio currently lives and works in Boston MA.
