Bernardo Pacquing paints what he collectively calls “Things We Miss While Waiting.” What they are exactly are left to Pacquing’s ingenuity and the audience’s ability to interpret the abstract marks they see on Pacquing’s canvases. Painting freely, Pacquing sees the “works in progress” as continuing experiments in discovering nuances in each brushstroke. He is still learning, finding time to chronicle ideas even during the most fleeting moments.
